1. Do we have to bring bed-linen and towels?
Bed-linen and towels are at your disposal in the room. You make your own beds or pre-book ready-made beds for 60 SEK per person. Feed-back from or previous guests tells that those 60 SEK can be well spent money if arriving late at night or early in the morning.
2. Can we get a wake-up call?
We do not have a wake-up system so we recommend all guests to bring an alarm clock. For those of you having forgotten your alarm clock at home there is possible to by one for only 50 SEK at our front desk.
3. Can we leave our luggage and clothes while we are on our journey?
We do not have any possibilities to take care of your luggage during your journey. There is a cloakroom on floor 1 in terminal 5 and left luggage-boxes in the terminals.
4. Are there toilets and showers in the room?
There are neither toilets nor showers in the room, but common facilities in the corridor. There are also a few separate showers and a toilet modified for use by a disabled person.
5. When should we pay for the room?
You pay for the room with a credit or debit card when you check in. Cash is accepted but not preffered. When paying cash an additional fee of 50 SEK will be added.
6. How can we find the hotel?
Rest and Fly is located between Terminal 4 and the escalator that leads up to Sky City. Walk right through the glass doors and you will see the reception straight ahead. You will also find a map and description on how to find us on your booking confirmation.
7. Are we allowed to sleep for only 10 hours?
The night room prices are valid for 10 hours. Thereafter you will be charged 15 SEK per extra hour and room.
8. Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be booked for a cost of 50 SEK per adult or 140 SEK for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. Breakfast is served from 5.15 am on weekdays, from 6 am on Saturdays and from 7.45 am on weekends and holidays.
9. Is it possible to check-in in the middle of the night?
We are manned 24 hours all year round.
10. Can I bring my pet to the room?
Due to risk for allergic reactions from staff and guests we do not accept any animals except for guide dogs at the hotel.
11. Does the hotel have handicap facilities?
At Rest and Fly we have 3 rooms and a toilet/shower more suitable for disabled persons.
12. Is there a TV in the room?
Rest and Fly is a hotel focused on peace and calm, therefore we have not got any TV's. If you are in the mood for watching TV we recommend you to visit Simply Coffee. There you can have an evening sandwich and something to drink while watching tonights TV programs.
13. Do I have to pay extra for a shower?
No, towels and shower are included in the price. But we do have shower facilities available for 75 SEK per person.
14. Can I smoke in the room?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden at Rest and Fly. Smoking is forbidden in all terminals at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and smokers have to go outside to smoke.
15. What is the cancellation policy?
The room can be cancelled up to 24 hrs before booked check-in time without any charge.
Cancellation 0-24 hrs before booked check-in time is charged with 80 % of the total sum.
Cancellation after booked check-in time, or if the guest does not show up, is charged with the whole sum.
