Your booking can be altered free of charge up until 24 hours before the check-in time for your booking. Rooms can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the check-in time for the booking for a fee of SEK 80. For cancellations 0–24 hours before the check-in time for the booking 20 per cent of the amount is repaid. For cancellation after the check-in time for the booking or if the room is not used, none of the amount is repaid.
To book by phone, you call +46 8-5505 5505. For phone bookings of accommodation more than 48 hours ahead there is a phone booking charge of SEK 50. When you book by phone, you pay by paying money into our bank giro account within 14 days from when you made your booking. Our phone booking service is open round the clock expect for between 11.15 and 12.00 (Swedish time), when we are closed for lunch.

From September 1, 2017, Rest and Fly is a cash-free hotel, which means we no longer accept cash as payment. We thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our working environment safer by choosing other payment methods.
Bedding and towels are provided in the rooms. You make up the bed yourself or can book this in advance at a charge of SEK 80/person. We know from experience that those arriving late at night or early in the morning think it’s SEK 80 well spent.
As we do not have a wake-up call system we recommend that all guests who are not morning people bring an alarm clock so that they don’t miss their outward or homeward flight. If you forget your alarm clock, you can borrow one from reception subject to availability.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer storage facilities for your belongings while you are away. Please use the manned left-luggage facility on level 1 in terminal 5 or the left-luggage lockers in the terminals. During the time when you are checked-in at Rest and Fly, there is of course space for your belongings in your room. We don’t have a extra room for luggage.
There is no WC or shower in the room, but there are shared facilities in the corridor. There are also some single showers and a disabled WC.
When you book online the entire amount is charged to your credit card within 24 hours.
Rest and Fly is located between terminal 4 and immediately before the escalator up to Sky City. Go through the glass doors and you will see reception straight ahead. You will also find directions and a map on page 2 of your booking confirmation.
The prices are based on guests sleeping for 10 hours. After that the charge is SEK 25/hour up to 24 hours.
We are manned 24/7, 365 days a year.
Breakfast is not included in the price and we do not offer the ability to buy breakfast.
But there are lots of good cafes at the airport, both before and after security check at each terminal.
There are no rooms for people travelling with animals so it is not possible to bring pets to the hotel.
Rest and Fly have three rooms that are more suitable for wheelchairs, and there is also one disabled WC and shower.
Rest and Fly is an accommodation facility with the emphasis on rest and peace and quiet. This is why there are no TVs at the hotel. Guests wishing to watch TV should visit Ritazza, where you can buy and enjoy a sandwich or the first beer of the holiday while watching the evening’s TV.
The room can be re-booked free of charge up to 24 hours before the specified check-in time.
The room can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the specified check-in time for a charge of 100 SEK.
In the case of cancellations 0-24 hours before the specified check-in time, 80% of the room rate will be charged.
In the case of cancellation after the planned check-in time, or if the guest does not show up, the full amount will be charged.
No, towels and use of showers are included in the price of the room rental. However, it is possible just to pay for a shower if you aren’t booking a room.
